Sounded like Indian call centre but number was for Weybridge area! Tried tried to sell me a number blocking service; most likely a scam. They gave up eventually.
SCAM I received a text claiming to be from Vodafone saying my bill was unpaid and to avoid fees I should update my details using the link in the text. I have reported to Vodafone
