The person told me they were from sky and it was regarding my internet connection . I told them I would not give out my passwords or be clicking on any links in my computer as too many scammers claiming to be from this company and said if I need to talk to sky I will phone them myself. Then I hung up.

Had this number calling me every day about the same time for the last few days. Each time I have been unable to get to my phone on time, but I finally did a quick search and I wouldn t trust it (or any other number of the likes) I am due for an O2 upgrade in a few weeks, so I assume from previous comments that this is the reason why they are trying to contact me.
This company keeps calling my 18 year daughter telling her that they have a letter from the government informing them that she is in debt! Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting. These nuisance callers need to be stopped. Impressionable youngsters could land themselves in a whole heap of trouble if they listened to the rubbish this company sprouts.

Insurance claimed to be from Domestic and General. Tried to get us to reveal information about our appliances. Hung up when queried

An automated message told me a warrent for my arrest would go out immediately if I did not answer the call by pressing one. The man told me he was from hmrc, asking if I was employed or self employed. He then said, after asking for my name, the call was made to the wrong person on the wrong number and hung up on me!

They read out my name and address to me then asked for the expiration date on my debit card so they could "verify" my details. I gave them a false one.
