It seems as though this could be a nuisance caller. My husband and I have both had calls from this number today, on our mobiles, while on holiday in France. It's slightly worrying, as we have many friends and relatives in the Manchester area. They were going to get my grants and everything but they are not communicating by email which is strange. When I ask them to send me an email they don’t send any email.
