TAXES / HMRC Recorded American female voice informing me that legal action would be taken against me for a non-actioned mail. I believe this to be a scam (though the evidence is circumstantial) and possible very dangerous!

'Microsoft from Reading'. dangerous call, my 5th in 5 weeks.............. caller was called 'Kevin'.

Have had calls and a text message from this number contacting me about my SSE business account I do not have an SSE account and I do not have a business On my message they addressed me as Himalayan Dine In Annoying Blocked the number but they can still leave voicemails

Woman said " This is your Bank security, we have had 2 charges made to your card, One for £300 and one for £1,100 to companies you have not used before. Press 1 if you did not authorise these ! An obvious nasty scam call. Never, never press keys when asked to by unknown callers !!! Whoever is using this number should be traced and stopped!

I received a call from this number claiming to be O2 but they tried to reset my account information I ended the call and called O2 to confirm it was in fact a fraud caller

Pervert rang my child and asked him pedophilic questions. Contact police if this number calls you.

Definitely spam. Claimed to be Amazon about a purchase valued at £790. I have NOT made such a purchase and I did NOT press 1 to speak to an Amazon representative.

Clearly fraudsters trying to get money on basis of '' your bank / credit card has been used for a non authorised payment of £1100'' and encouragement to press option 1 to resolve the issue.

This person looks at missing dog sites and calls the owners blackmailing them

Received a call today 21.6.22 at 13:15. Recorded message purporting to be Visa regarding to possible acts of fraud against my debit card. 1 x £1000 and 1 x £300. Immediately suspected a scam, pressed to speak to an adviser and decided once more to play along. Male with foreign accent, as usual acting as if I had called in. Probable Fraud/Scam - Heavily Indian accented female called Rachel called me purporting to be working for Microsoft at the Reading Campus. Claimed there was a problem with my computer and "bad people were using it for bad things on the internet". Told me she would deactivate my computer if I didn't do what she said. Got quite rude when I told her I didn't believe her. Stalled her for 5 minutes before she hung up on me.
