Pertaining to be from UK Service Plan. They informed me that I had been with them since 2014. I am pretty sure that is not correct as I have never had any insurance other than makers warranty on any white goods. Anyway, they said they would send through those documents. As I have unknown number filter switched on it came through silent and straight to what would be voice mail if I had it switched on.. it’s a Fareham number and I managed to locate the address. Caller initially claimed to be calling from the University of Sussex, asking me to undertake an online research survey. Then they wanted our email address, and I enquired why was that necessary if the survey was online - all they needed to do was provide me with the web address. The caller later later confirmed they were an independent market research company , and continued to ask for my email address. Of course, I never provided it.
