Claimed to be from "Windows Support", but nothing to do with Microsoft, and they had noticed illegal activity on my browser and email. Female asian accent. Asked her to spell her name "genffer dalton" (she could not spell it correctly). Knew my name!! When asked her to repeat a question she said "you an idiot" and disconnected, which proved to me that it was not a "professional" call.

She went on to ask if I had any debts or money worries. She had a foreign accent, although I couldnt decide if it was american, caribbean or asian, and due to the noisy background it was very difficult to make out exactly what she was saying.
