SPAM Call center Asked for the MD by name, I asked who was calling she replied "Lydia". Put her on hold while I asked the MD if they knew who she was, and they didn't have a clue. Went back and said that the MD wasn't available and could I take a message. She then asked to speak to our other MD and I replied that they were not avaialble either. I am moving from BT because of horrific service. I received a short automated message from BT - stating that they were taking over my line. I called to query this. The guy who answered verified my number, but it was not my number. I told him it was not mine and he abruptly hung up. I called back - the second call handler couldn’t understand the situation and became annoyed and hung up. My phone rung again and it was a scam call centre from abroad offering to cover my washing machine but I was to pay today.

A guy called "Richard" presented himself as someone working for the "gradjobsuk" website and he interviewed me for a job (that I dont even remember ever applying for) and tried to persuade me to buy a course towards a qualification.
