Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. This same number called me in the past three days- 17th 18th and 19th July - I can't call the number back( from 1741) - get a constant tone.
This was an unsolicited call which I let go to ansafone the message started automatically - It appears to be a scam call (not mentioning your name, but saying HMRC has taken out a lawsuit under your name & an arrest warrant has been issued under your name & urging you to press 1 to speak to your case officer ( a case number KN01297 is quoted & you are urged to press 1 to speak to the case officer) - Typical of the types of scams used against older people

called heard voices then hung up on me. am on telephone preferance service so don t want these calls.
TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think

07894795625 usually receive call from this no every Monday at approx 09:25. She/he/it must have changed their shift pattern as now receiving calls on Wednesday at approx 10:15. Always a silent call and then phone goes down. As I have said before if you want my bank account (the one in Switzerland naturally) you just have to ask very very nicely. Or have you not figured out the other gadget on the end of you call centre headphones is for speaking! There numerous videos on UTube to show you how to do this. G
