woman called and said she was wanting to know about an accident i had had. when i pressed her who she was calling from (which company) she quickly changed and said she would take my number off her list and could not hang up quickly enough. an obvious scam call wanting personal information to be used or sold on in an identity theft. be on your guard and do not divulge any information. any reputable company would write with a reply address and claim form do not fall for these scammers.

Would not post me the information due to covid 19. I said I would have to refuse offer as covid is not an excuse for not sending out written information. Called Samsung and was told they do not phone people to offer extended insurance and don't even offer extended insurance.
