The man has an Asian accent and says that because I have not had any call outs for my heating within the last year they are going to reduce my monthly payments to £24.99 and then puts me onto his manager to sort out the paper work, etc. The manager comes on, he also has an Asian accent and says just to clarify things to give him my Bank sort code number. I immediately said no and hung up. definitely a scam, please do not give them any information regarding your bank details.

Had a few missed calls off this number over a few days, then one morning at 5am, my phone woke me up by calling this number by itself on speaker. My phone is fingerprint/pin locked, and my applock app registered two failed attempts to access my phone's settings. Everyone in the house was asleep and I've yet to find an explanation. Phone completely scanned for malware and came up clean. Very perturbing.

Yet another scam call from someone with my details. I asked how she'd got the details and she said "from a database". I asked which database and she said "her job was only to offer an extension to my washing machine guarantee". As I have no such thing anyway, it was easy to know it was a scam. Text Message The text message purports to be from EVRI delivery company, directing me to an unfamiliar website “to have re delivery of packages!”
This number informed me that 2 card transactions had been noted as suspicious: Over £500 with Amazon and an International transfer of £1300. Press 1 or 2.....etc. I cancelled the call and dialled the number and got TS TOURS. Who are they and why are they?

Asked me to give six number code sent to me in SMS from Amazon - This was my two step verification code to change my password. All they need to get this sent to you is your Amazon account linked phone number. I did of course refuse.

As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
