Now this is the 4th number today that’s been trying to calling me to put it that way. I didn’t answer this one. Now it’s harassment. Again, no idea who it is even if it’s likely the same individual.

Caller rang off. Silence when called back.
This caller had a strong foreign accent, claimed to be calling from BT and was attempting a conversation. I couldn't understand her.
SCAM Lady called "Ella Rose" from "Block Chain Network" called to tell me about the money I have lost from online trading. I know it is a scam as it is not relevant to me and they got my name wrong. Numbers they used were: 02080970131 and 02037400722
Fraud SCAM Called me pretending to be from Amazon saying that someone had ordered an iPhone on my account. They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. Got quite upset when I refused to give them the code

just called by this number. A robot call, falsely claiming my (credit card?) account has been charged twice and asking me to call another number. I immediately hung up and checked my account. SCAM. 019532360947 caiied my landline at 10.20am today. Voice told me that my bank card had been used for purchases from AMAZON. That however just now is impossible! Voice gave me the option to dial 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to an advisor. Used my initiative and cancelled the call. This call was a SCAM phishin for my Bank Details. Indian accent, claiming to be from O2 offering 30% discount on your plan. They try to trick you by submitting a 'forgotten password' command onto your account. You receive a genuine text message from O2 with a security code. They try to convince you that's the 'discount activation code' and ask you to give it to them, presumably to hack your account while on the phone to you. Do not give them anything! Fraud
Came up on my Vodafone as suspected scam so I didn't answer it! I run a business & it's really hard to tell nowadays business calls from scams. They seem to have so many personal details (& I'm as careful as I can be)!!!

It was the 4th call today, different numbers but same story and each time they hang up when I told them I am recording the conversations. I had this type of phone call before and I checked with virgin media and they said is fraud, do not give any information because they do not contact customers with such matter.

Automated message that went to voicemail, American female accent pretending to be Visa. Said something about a £300 payment to Amazon and another larger one £1500? to overseas. Wanted the receiver to press certain numbers on the handset to confirm etc;
Scam - left voice mail claiming some nonsense about suspicious activity on the Northern border of Wales (nowhere near me) and ordering me to 'press 1' to talk to a legal investigating officer before they take legal action against me or my national insurance number.
You are almost afraid to answer calls today from unknown numbers , sad reflection on society !

FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change
