This number claims to be TalkTalk but is NOT. This is a common scam call where the operator asks you to follow instructions on your computer. NEVER follow these instructions nor give any personal information out. If in doubt, put the phone down. TalkTalk has no way of knowing if you have a virus or whether other people are using your broadband.

this number called and tried to gain info about my sky equipment. I imformed them that I had had a call from same number 24 hours before and was told that that was impossible as they were using a witheld number when I started to read their number out to them they hung up
