SCAMMER: Automated voice call from 'visa/mastercard' about suspicious transaction - press 1 to cancel
It was a computer generated voice telling me that my card was being used for a £700 transaction. I ended the call and checked all my cards online. No such transaction so I took it that this us a scam.

FRAUD SCAM!! This was an automated message initially asking if I'd authorised a payment for £600 to overseas. Transferred to a human who said the payment on your visa debit card, I asked which card, she replied your visa debit. I asked again which card, was told from your bank. Which bank? The bank you authorised the payment from. I said I have several banks so which one. She replied Halifax bank, when I said I don't bank with Halifax she hung up on me. Be careful folks!

Indian accent claiming to be EE running a promotion. He ask for some pretty personal information. Name, address etc things EE should already have on file. Did not know the branch he was working from and was pretty adamant to get card info to enroll for the so called promotion but I had already picked up that it was a scam so no information was provided.

I believe this number is used in a banking scam
This is a scam company selling beds and furniture. They delivered a bed to me which was wrong, took money and drive away. Now blocked and not answering any calls. Beware
Potential Scam - I got a Whatsapp message from this number telling me they were looking to recruit me and that they got my number through LinkPoint (I had never signed up with them). On LinkPoint's website, it says not to respond to any Whatsapp messages as they are not from them.

Scam - £700 Amazon order and money transfer. Hang up immediately.
I was called on my mobile from this number at 15.05 on 4 May 2023. I didn't get to the phone before it stopped ringing and there was no message left. On 24 April 2023, I was also called from a number in the same range, that is 0141 320 0285, with exactly the same results. I've now blocked both numbers, but no doubt they could call me next week from 0141 320 0275 or similar! I've given it the benefit of the doubt with a rating of Annoying. I think it's actually likely to be Dangerous.

This is the service number of a company called Vailant in Derbyshire they make and service heating products and boilers
This number phones me every day. I have them blocked, buy they still managed to leave a partial message on my voice mail. I don't think they realised the message had got through, as by the tone of it, and the swear words I heard..they are obviously frustrated that I don't answer.????

Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian). The guy did not jntroduced himself and went straight to asking for my card details. Just got a call from this number. A computer generated voice allegedly from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs saying that a letter had been returned to them undelivered and that legal proceedings would commence... At that point I hung up. I would assume that HMRC would have real people working for them, particularly if it was something legal.
