Robotic female voice stating I?ve been in a car accident. When answering the question it became apparent this was an automated voice recognition software call.

this number just tried to call me, thankfully I haven't called it back so be care full everyone !

This number called today asking to speak to the business owner. I said they where busy she hung up. very rude!!

This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. Have been trying this number for two days and there is no response whatsoever. It seems impossible to speak to a person at Hermes...I’ve done the live chat, the question response on their website but nothing. My parcel arrived at the depot and hasn’t been heard of since.
