rang off before l answered it. assumed to be nuisance call.
Received a text saying my parcel has been dropped of at the collection centre. I have not bought any items, and I'm not expecting any parcels from friends or acquaintants.

This is a scam. Told I owed money ($4000) form a credit card I had from 2010 to 2016. Would not give me proof of the debt. I never had a credit card during that time period. Said they are going to try to take $8400 from my bank account by serving papers to the county clerk that is in my county. I spoke to a couple of attorneys which said it sounds like a scam. 07765363459 called 24 Mar 23 at 11:37hrs.... Seemed like a recorded message starting: "This is your VISA account alert service.....". Encountered before, claims your VISA account has been charged with an unauthorised amount.
Have had 4 calls on 30/06/23 and 2 on 05/07-23 - do not know anyone in this area and am concerned as to how they got my number - have reported to Ofcom
