SCAM Said he from Virgin Media and was calling about my broadband. Said was not with VM but he insisted it was still important because VM supply all the broadband suppliers use the VM server. When I started challenging him he hung up.

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. They called my mobile. I let it go to voicemail (because I didn't recognise the number). No message left, so I'm pretty sure it's telemarketing or possibly even a scam.
