Made threats of legal action from HMRC then asked to press one to speak to an officer. I suspected this was a scam as there is no reason to initiate legal action against myself - so I stopped call.

SCAM: Fifth identical call today, once an hour, from different phone numbers (probably all spoofed) Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT Internet Dept, who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account. Said they were from the HMRC, a male voice with well spoken English accent saying a TAX FRAUD had been detected against my tax details. Also said I would be arrested shortly, at that point I hungUp laughing.... :)
