We are ex directory so this should not happen but I understand it is not always a BT fault/reason. caller identified herself as Jennifer (Asian sounding voice) & said she was calling from BT & there was a problem with my computer & my service was about to be cut off. I was slightly concerned since I have a BT broadband account & was using my laptop at the time, but the tone of the call felt bogus so I hung up & checked number via Google.

hello this company is a scam they have taken £9.99 from my bank account iv nether signed up to them I see on line they have taken the same from a lot of people the website says its closed to new members open times 8-6 have tried phoning all day and says its closed so the phone number and website is closed they use the name gold fish on the bank statements as well I really hope this helps anyone who needs it.
