Addressed me by my first name saying she was calling regarding my "enquiry" about my funeral plan, told her (I think she said she was Kelly) that I hadn't made an enquiry, and put the phone down. Phoned on my mobile number on which I have now blocked the number.

I asked who they were and she said they were the manufacturer trying to contact me about a recall; I told them to write to me and she said they had but I hadn't replied. Then asked for my email so they could send me a Customer Satisfaction Survey about the call. I didn't believe them as I keep getting these calls fishing for information so I don't answer anything personal.
