This is some kind of lottery scam. 10 free tickets for £40 a month there after. Never heard of them before.

We'll only ever call you back from this number if we have a missed call from you as this is our main office number in the UK. They called asking for someone of a different name. I said it's a wrong number and they hung up. However it sounded very much like a scam call centre. After doing 1471 3 called them back and was hearing a recorded message about them being telly tube or telly shute. Never heard of them.
