I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra! Surprisingly after introducing himself as from Energy saving solutions he asked if I was abroad - this is surely suspicious.

Told me I had claim back on insurance hidden in mortgage and eventually...after I d been very cynical and searched online, asked for my expiry date and then said needed long card number on credit card not linked to my mortgages for a check. When I said this didn t make sense they hung upM. Give them nothing!

I am getting up to 5 calls a day from these people, ranging from 07.45 until after 22.00. At first the calls were mildly irritating but are now becoming harassing and intimidati...

3 or 4 calls a day for several months. Recorded message. Some kind of government-funded boiler scam.

When I answered the phone I could hear the sounds of a call centre in the background but no one spoke to me, even when I told them that I could hear them and had noted the number down. I hung up as they were obviously not going to talk to me.
