Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I don't believe this is BT as you can see in other searches Jack seems to be the only person making these calls, probably to gain information about your business. He didn't get any from me. Definitely a scam. They obtained a DHL notification for something ordered overseas then try and make you think you need to pay import duty. Do not ring as number transfers to foreign network.
It's a scam to obtain money fraudulently. They pretent that they are chasing up old debt not paid for utilities from old companies. I have spoken to them and still not had a breakdown which they said they would send to me. They do not provide an address or an emai to contact them. You can not text them back on the number they send you. They do not write to you. When you change suppliers for e.g. electrics, gas. You can only change once your bill is upto date.
