Claims to be calling from the rewards department from an EE call centre in India. Was told I can not call back as their line is only outbound and no web to browse their offers or phones? I was a little suspicions as if they where from EE they would of known not to start selling until my contact was up for renewal in 8months time.

This number, 01223660041, rang my mobile and I declined the call. Then I immediately received a missed call text from a different number, 01515249700. I called both back yo see who had called and both had the same identical message, sounding like "thanks for calling fresh contacts. Please wait for next agent" at which point I terminated my call.

These companies that provide numbers in first instance need to be investigated and blocks put in place. I think the UK regulator in the field is failing us as the public. What do they actually do??? Received a call at 11.00 am this morning. Did not volunteer and name simply saying this is UK pensions and were ringing to raise awareness of pensioners of charges. I had to really press to ask who they really were and name of the company - they would only say UK pensions, a lie. Be ware if they ask for any personal information!

Told me they were calling as id applied for a loan which had been declined. I haven t applied for any loasns and she kept insisting I had but said she couldn t tell me where id applied due to confidentiality. In the process of buying a house and the only loan id applied for was a mortgage which is already in place so very disconcerting. When I tried to question her she tried to end the call.
