Rang to say the auto number needs renewing,, on direct debit which needed renewing. Wouldnt tell me what the auto number was, caller got frustrated and with an 'oh my god' hung up. Guess will never know what it was

Have been receiving daily calls from these people - previously they have asked to speak to my mother and simply hung up when told she was out. Supposedly from Amazon regarding a purchase which I made and advising that my account has been debited with £399.
Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I believe she may have said something about my washing machine, but can't be 100% certain. I put the phone down as she was too hard to understand and the line was very quiet.

The caller left the line open which immediately went to ansaphone. Upon playback, i could clearly hear what appeared to be far eastern language ie. Chinese/Malay or similar. Blocked as spam.

Has called me on my mobile sporadically for the past 4 months now. At first I tried to call it back and it just went straight through to on hold music. A voice said I would be connected to an agent as soon as possible, but I hung up after a minute or so. Checked my bill and it had charged me quite a bit to call back. Wouldn t trust.
