Just received a call from these people, Asian voice claiming his name was Shaun Mason (as if) told me I was owed mis-sold PPI on my credit card, I asked him how he knew I had a credit card he said the info had been passed onto him, I then said if you know so much which bank is my card with, he said you need to tell me that to claim the money back. Basically they pretend to know all about you to gain your confidence but in reality they know nothing at all.DO NOT GIVE THESE CRETINS ANY INFORMATION. you dont
I received a call approx 7 pm, and the man on the phones accent was very hard to understand, however i did try as he stated he needed 3 seconds of my time, NO LONGER, then proceeded to ask me a whole lot of questions i felt absolutely led to nowhere, like, the brand of my tv, my current relationship status, did i work, was i insured, who my power provider was my phone provider which contract phone i was with, but always said, after me asking "can you say that again please" he then said i has a chance of 4 l
These people have conned my mum into signing for £3844 for a adjustable bed. Knocked£1000. Off for discount and took a deposit of £695 from her. I will be trying to stop this tomorrow. Watch this space. She is nearly 80 and preyed on by a woman. Disgraceful.
