I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. Some guys called me asking if I was Mr. R. (I'm a woman btw). I said "no" so he said "forget the name then, your number was put as a first point of contact following a minor incident involving a car". When I explained I don't own a car, and have never in my 31 years been involved in any incidents, he just refused to believe me. Kept saying "it was just a minor" over and over again. I have a call blocker which cuts off scammers or unsolcited calls but this number calls nearly every 2 days but we are not disturbed as our call blocker does not let it through. If this was a genuine firm they would leave a message on the anwering maching.
