Haven t answered as I don t recognise the number but they have rang me at least 8 times in the last 9 hours.

Marc called, wanted to know who is in charge of the energy bills, said he was from a company about comparing energy prices. Told him we ve done it all already through U-switch and asked him to remove our number from the database. It remains to be seen if we called by them again.

Comes up as International call but on investigation is a number from Alford uk.. obvious scam.

Just no, sweet talked into the card (petrol voucher purposes, so not worth it) cancelled in the allotted time, sent the card back and everything with a nice letter, this was 2 months ago. Just had my banks fraud department call to say they are trying to take money from my account (VoL didnt respond to my quitting email or letter btw) so I have had to cancel my bank card and am waiting for a new one. Do not trust them, it really isnt worth it.

The number belongs to Mediamatch which trades under the name claims inclusive based in bristol web address http://www.claimsinclusive.co.uk/complaints.html Took a little time to track down, they claim they have not had any reports of this problem!

Caller asked for me by name, saying he was from Forte Healthcare. I didn t confirm my name, but I did say that our number is ex directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and that he shouldn t be calling. He said that our number would be removed from their lists. I terminated the call by stating that I would report it to the Information Commissioner. By other comments on various forums, definitely untrustworthy.

Claimed to be a legal firm offering to pursue a personal injury claim related to a car accident they suggested I was involved in. Claimed they received my details from my insure...

I was called saying my wifi was going to go go off and i was going to be given a new router. I was asked to use my mobille phone and enter a code which he gave me. He was using phonetics which didnt seem normal eg o was onion. Naturally I did'nt carry on and rang off.

After care sales call - confirming delivery date for an order I placed and asking if i d like to take an AO.com cover plan. so I suspect an additional sales call in guise of delivery date confirmation.

Not London. City code is 020 then numbers start with 3, 7, or 8. Not 2. So a fake number.
