I called it back and it rang for 1 ring and again it hung up. checking my phone records I've had a few calls and it is a, "Recently had an accident call" . This a nuisance call. I will be reporting it and blocking it from my phone. WmReply

Received call from a withheld number claiming to be TalkTalk and said there was an issue with my router and needed to connect to my computer. Asked for a reference number and they gave me this number 020 81233558 to call back. Instead I called TalkTalk's number on their website who confirmed no-one fro TalkTalk had called me and this was a phishing scam.
Not carphone warehouse although said they were, actually a sister company who can do upgrades. However, gave me an awful deal. Do NOT upgrade through them, will give you better deal in store directly through carphone warehouse. Fortunately I got it cancelled through carphone warehouse and got what I believe to be a decent deal now.

Those that select for a quote will be rung back - but caller still witholds number. Finally I asked them a number to call back on - and they gave this one.
