appears to be a automated message that can respond to what you say I've had this a few times. Initially it starts ok a then falls down as the responses do not catch up to what you say. It starts with a car accident and goes on to pets and property damage.

SCAM - says from uk revenue and customs, recorded by woman with American accent threatening court action if you don’t press 1 to speak to an agent. Don’t do it - all correspondence from government departments come via post!!!
