I don’t answer unknown numbers so I don’t know who this is. However, I did block a similar number a few days ago when I was expecting a call from a doctor and accidentally answered an unknown number. It sounded like a young-ish black man and I told him I wasn’t interested in what he was selling. Then I blocked the number. This is a very similar number.

28 Nov. 2022 (17:33) a chap with Indian accent called me claiming to be from BT to say that my computer may have been compromised and that he could check that for me if I switched it on and he ran a quick check. Silent call Likely to be a call centre scammer. Other sites suggest a false front number presented by 'appliance insurance' who are just after card details.
I was called from this number but missed the call. So not sure if its a scam.
Answered 'phone immediately, but seller hung up. Not a clue who it was, or what it was about-I assume an automated random dialing that dropped the call, and should be reported as such. The other reports have left no comment, so I presume they had the same 'silent' treatment.
