Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.

SPAM - Didn't answer as I never do unless I am expecting it (Doctor's or School). They left a voicemail, talking in a very different language. Didn't sound english or even Indian for that matter.
SCAM Automated message allegedly from "Bank Authorisation Department" re two claimed charges on my Mastercard account of £300 via Amazon AND £1100 from a "gambling site in California", invitation to press 1 to take some action over the charge and press 2 to speak to someone. Believe that this number could be associated with Bank Payment scams. I had an automated call from the bank stating that they has identified to suspicions payments against my account and would I confirm 'yes'; or 'no'. When I confirmed that I knew nothing about them I was put through this number which was answered by a man who gave his name as a Paul Butler and stated that he was a member of the Bank Fraud team. A comment he made got me suspicious and I rang off/blocked
