Scam call, spoofing Starling Banks number from abroad, first they will make a small transaction from Groupon or Amazon to make it look as if they know fraudulent activities has taken place on your account and how much for, then they will claim a much larger amount has been attempted but cancelled by them. Once they have you in they'll attempt to extract details of your account, please hang up and call Starling back if this is the case!

person called were aggressive, said he will not stop calling my until I give me money and said he is calling from Curries PC World. He was male and Indian accent.

Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC

Scam call about Visa cards apparently recently used on your account- don’t return call

07477 707231 didn't answer it as it's on a phone number that I don't use for anything or give out. Tried calling it back and it just says number not recognised, so clearly some sort of scam. I suspect it's the HMRC scam that's going around.

A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). Sad people out there another scam

SCAM - has to be. This number called me today. I do not answer unrecognised numbers. They left a voice mail, foreign voice, couldn't really pick up on everything said, voice was quite deep. They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. Up until this mornings call I had had no emails asking for payment - not that I would answer them anyway. email in my Inbox purporting to be from Bulb (My Energy Company) - I have a DD with them they would not act in this way = DELETED !

SCAM I was phoned by this number today. It was a crackly line and the woman said she it was a bank call telling me that there were 2 suspicious payments from my bank account today. One for £300 and one for £3000. There were nos to press to agree to the payments or a number to speak to someone. I ended the call and then redialled the number registered, but it said that it was an incorrect number.
