Answered the phone and nobody was on the other end then just hung up, have since blocked.
Automated message saying Amazon Prime membership has ended and you can reactivate by calling and paying £25. I don't have Amazon prime so this is a fraudulent caller.
Indian call centre person (could hear others in the background trying to scam others), claiming to be from the Utilities Department. Told him I knew he was a scammer as there is no such thing as the Utilities Department. He hung up and I blocked the number. They also use 0161 669 0643 and 0640. Seems they have purchased quite a few numbers to scam people.

An automated call saying that two unusual transactions had been made on my card , one of £300 to Amazon and another of £400 on a money transfer. Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.
