Nor does pressing 9 and speaking to the knobber who answers because as soon as you try to explain that you don t want them to keep calling they hang up on you. Reporting them now every single time they harrass me.

Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? They called me yesterday claiming that I was in debt to E-on for some old bill. Found it very strange as all utilities companies have the duty to write to you before sending in the "dogs". I refuse to pay and told the guy that I would call E-on first, he said would send me an email with bank details to allow me to make an internet payment (never received). When I call E-on was informed that I wasn't owing anything and all bills were up to date. IF THEY ASK YOU TO PAY, REFUSE AND HUNG-UP!!!
