This is a scam number. Claimed to be from BT Internet, ringing about other devices being connected to my BT Hub. (Rang off when asked why they thought other devices were being used without permission.)

This is a scam number pretending to be Amazon UK. They pretended that i had mistakenly signed up for 'their' yearly subscription and stated i they were due to take 79.99 out of my account today if i did not cancel immediately. They stated that they could sort this out online and that I may be due a refund. I asked them to call back and contacted Amazon service desk who explained that they had never called me and that i was still subscribed on monthly terms. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR DETAILS.

I was their customer 2 years ago but then found out from another broker (when I switched life policy) what they promised me will never going to happen, like having life policy till age of 80 etc., so seems they are set on selling only, not advising correctly. Caller (male, strong Indian sub-continent accent) said he was from the Debt Advisory Department, and was calling to advise me about clearing my debts faster. Worryingly, he addressed me by my full name which I do not normally disclose or use.

This is a local telephone number for the area I live but was a scam automated call purporting to be from Amazon saying my Amazon Prime has expired and they have withdrawn £95 from my bank for another year's contribution. I don't use Amazon and nothing has been withdrawn from my bank. The caller asked me to press a key on my phone for further information which I did not do. I have not tried to ring the caller's number in case it connects me to a premium line.

I have no idea how you made this a number from Russia, no idea what or who it is, just rings and hangs up, so blocked. DON'T EVER ring back, if they don't speak it's of no use to you, and is one of the ways to rip you off, because it registers as a live number and they docan sell your number onto other scam lists; and the number can get diverted to a premium number that will cost you serious money, search it before anything else, and report when it's bad.
