SCAM!!!! Called me about my Virgin Media internet (I don't have Virgin Media BTW). She asked if she was talking to the account holder. Told her that for security purposes I wanted her to give me a small part of the name or address to make sure it wasn't a scam (which I already knew it was) And she hung up without even saying goodbye!
