Rang asking for a person with same surname supposedly living nearby. No other people with my surname living in this village. Suspicious and did not volunteer any information.

rang my mobile, hung up after one ring, did this several times this morning, I won t be fooled into ringing them back. wish I knew of a way to block them off my phone

Nuisance caller. I will prosecute this person for cold calls. Sometimes there is no answer when I lift the receiver; sometimes a female voice says "hello" and hangs up. They may have set the number so that when people dial "1471" the nuisance caller is still on the line and instead of the BT response to 1471 my phone is rigged to dial the caller s number. I am contacting the police with a view to prosecuting the caller for being a pest.

Waste of time PPI claim company

Bin foned 3 time this week by this number, I heard don't know how true it is but they want you to ring back as they charge a premium rate number

Beaufort Investment, claimed l had downloaded some of their investment products some time ago. Said l did'nt think so and hung up. Will report to ico.org Everyone needs...

I answered this call as it appeared to be a mobile number. Suspect it was spoofing it s real number. Caller knew my late father s name, wanted to do a 60 second survey. I kept telling him that father wasn t here any more, and that I was moving shortly, but he kept asking questions about how old my washing machine was. I hung up.

Received a call from this number today, then decided to check out any reviews. The individual announced themselves as Alpine Group but having recently received a call from another similar number last week, I told the female caller to STOP THERE! then hung up.
