SCAM; recorded message claiming to be from BT Internet department (they're not our ISP), saying they'd tried to contact (they hadn't) and they were going to disconnect us. Put the phone down but no doubt they would have tried to get money or details from us.

A guy called claiming to be from the Carphone Warehouse. Mentioned something about an iPhone. I told him I didn't use an iphone, but had a Samsung. He wanted to know what model.
