It's a shame about the negative feedback because it's clear they didn't stay on the phone. I hate cold calls as much as the next person but it's a legitimate process, probably just difficult to shake off old sales habits which can raise red flags when you're taking a call, I'll admit. Ah well, I'll be getting my tax rebate from HMRC in about 4 weeks just by staying on the phone, your loss guys! I'd be calling back if it were me!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20814409xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident claims - classical "I believe you've been involved in an accident". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Caller informed me they were from the UK Financial services and I was entitled to money from a loan I took out in 2006? When pressed on what bank they told me Lloyds and I've never had a loan or bank acc with them so they hung up!!! Could be a scam or just PPI.
