I asked why BY was calling because I am with another service provider. He said if I didn t let him log on my PC would close down and be permenantly damaged. I asked him for I number at BT i could verify his call was genuine and he hung up

Recorded voice offering to help with my Road Accident Claim. I never had an accident and I am registered with TPS for nearly years, so I don`t know how these companies can still contact me with their nuisance calls/messages. I reported the call to ICO and
SCAM / SPAM Automated message claiming to be from HMRC and reporting a fraud case against me. Asked to press 1 to be put through to an operator or I would be arrested. Suspect this will allow them to take over your phoneline or charge something through the call or something like that. Not hugely convincing but I expect some people might be worried enough that they fall for it.

have just answered a call to my mobile from this number - female caller asked for me by name and said that she was phoning from Crystal Solutions regarding debt. She went on to ask if I had any debts or money worries. She had a foreign accent, although I couldnt decide if it was american, caribbean or asian, and due to the noisy background it was very difficult to make out exactly what she was saying. I then kept asking her where she was phoning from, which part of the country, and her reply was 'the UK'! S
