Received call, recorded message, pertaining to be HMRC asking me to press a number to talk to them about incorrect tax return. I believe this to be fraudulent and that HMRC would not make contact in this manner.
As yet I haven't received a call from this number but during another call from 01252 710611- most definitedly a scam regarding Amazon Prime - I was asked to call this London number to veryify my account. Naturally I did not . Hope this helps.
02080971045. Russian speaking chmo, talking about my general interest in financial trading that I expressed but never realised. When told I was going to block him, he threatened to sell on my data on a black market.

A man called saying he was calling on behalf of O2, saying under O2 I was eligible for a reduced business contract. When I challenged him that he was not calling from O2 he then said he was calling from a company called YourMobile.com which 'works with an O2 platinum business partner' (Plan.com). I said he should know my contract with O2 if he was phoning on behalf of any area of O2 and then he hung up. This is a scam

Don't know who called me from this number. I jumped out of bed when the phone rang but I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. It was 7:36 am ffs! Even the sun was still in bed where I live in Greater Manchester and I do't even know where Thanet is, never mind why someone from there would be phoning me at an ungodly hour. 4th March 2022 Called on my friends phone but hung up when I answered. My friend died three months ago and as executer for his estate I have his phone. Call log shows they also called on 22nd Feb 2022 but no message left so the number has been active for at least two weeks.
A person called requesting that I was able to provide them with details about myself and my occupation to whom I currently am employed with. When I asked why they wanted this information, they paused and said it was for 'business analytical research'.

My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.
