Very persistent Indian caller who asked a lot of personal questions for some survey

The phone was silent when I answered it. Worryingly I was unable to make any outgoing or incoming (from my mobile) calls for about an hour after. I don t know if this was a result of that call. After an hour normal service was resumed and I traced the number using 1471.

Just received call when answered they hung up.
