I keep getting calls from 0179211844/5/6/7 & concidentally I am on o2 as well. When I called back got recorded message stating that it was a marketing call, not to worry & they or may not call me back....hopefully NOT!

Asked for confirmation that I had an accident that was not my fault. They paused then hung up when I asked if their records went back to 1964. Sounds like the usual type of cold calling looking for business by helping you...

Marketing for JD Williams. The caller asked me if I was a Mr or a Mrs, which didn t get things off to a good start. Then started arguing with me when I questioned who they were, promised to call back later, even though it was obvious that I didn t want that (it felt more like a threat than a nicety) and put the phone down on me when I was in the middle of trying to explain that the person they were trying to speak to didn t live at my house anymore. This was a call from o2 sales, trying to sell discounted SIM only mobile phone contracts after I ordered a free PAYG SIM card from their website.

My girlfriend recieved a call from that number and it sounded like someone crying

Number is from a company called Advance Medial, they called when I answered the hung up - another number for the reject list.
