Call center Caller advised that it was an urgent call regarding my broadband package and they could get me a better deal. Told them, not interested. They knew the address.
Called me in the middle of the night, 12:55am to be exact. I did not answer the call since I do not know the number and nobody calls at the said time if it’s not important. Did not leave a voicemail or send a text message either.
The person on this number was trying to sell us domains that we already own. We asked them to send information via email, not surprising nothing arrived. Possible scam.

This number has called me twice. On both occasions when I answered there was silence before they hung up.
BEWARE..these are scammers trying to get you to call their ‘bank helpline’ to check about apparently unauthorised debits from your bank account. I hate people who do this. The automated female voice is realistic but banks never do this sort of stunt. BEWARE!

'Michael' claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted to know if I was the main user of my computer. Although a Leeds number it sounded very long distance as if was coming from India. I hung up.
Like other reviews I received text message at 4.28am (very strange), supposedly from Apple stating: "We've noticed a transaction that seems unusual , therefore we've had to place a hold on your wallet features. Kindly visit EnableYourIDUser.com to see more information on how to continue using your apple wallet." Rehan Ali was recommended and everything went through smoothly. I did get confused with accessing my account as I tried to do it through British Gas online, who kept saying they did not have a record of me, eventually I twigged that I access the account through Britishgaslite.co.uk not British Gas. We are now waiting for a smart meter to be fitted. I have been given a date and a time rather than a day or half day slot, I just need to see if they turn up, but so far 5 star rating.
