This number is a scam. My mum received a message from this number purporting to be me saying that I had broken my phone and could she use another number to message me on Whatsapp. This is the "Mum I've lost my phone scam" and this number cannot be trusted.
SCAM: 07480720014 is the 3rd number today, rings only a short ring then stops before you can answer, on ringback you are put on the identical hold music without ringing. Blocked all 3 numbers. Other two are: 07480720406 and 07480721769

Has called several times. This time I answered and it was a recorded voice saying a large amount is trying to be taken for a transaction if not you press 1 . If you press nothing it just cuts of and if you try to ring back it does ring at all. Possible scam.

Some scam claiming to call about the maintenance on my rented property that i don't have
07401878848 is a mobile phone number at an indian call centre, i traced it back through the network. Someone pretending to be from amazon stating that my details have been used to order some high value items and that to cancel it i would have to do as they instructed. They wanted remote access to my computer/tablet/phone so they could steal my data. The idiots didn't realise that they had phoned an it company. when i informed them of their mistake they hung up.
Indian male claimed to call from insurance company about my car accident. I haven't got car accident. Asked how does he get my number, he said from his head office, I laugh and said he is lying and he said to me to go and fuck myself ????

Just received a call from this number from an articulate young man who attempted to argue with me when I questioned who he was and shouted over me rather than listening to what I was saying. It was apparently something to do with green energy and saving me money. I said I did not deal with cold callers and asked him not to ring again as he could not save me money as my energy bills are fixed but he said I did deal with cold callers as I had answered the phone! It was altogether a very unpleasant call.
SPAM - A woman in a busy call centre immediately offered me an iPhone 14 when I picked up the phone. Didn't know who my current provider was so I assume this is a spam call being filtered through a local number.

They are saying they are from BT, however the following is true (as I worked for BT for 36 years). 1 - BT do not ring you on a mobile number (unless and engineer has an appointment at your house that you know about). 2 - The phone is registered to Vodaphone, BT do not use any other networks for their own use. 3 - He could not give me my BT account number. 4 - He said he was from Millenium City London, this mobile number is located in Manchester! My mobile flagged the number as spam so I answered with my usual 'can i help you' and a woman asked for me, i replied again 'can i help you' and she started talking so fast about some sort of market research. TBH i didnt hear what she was saying cus she talked so fast! When i tried to interrupt her she said something like 'im going to call you everyday' then hung up. Ive blocked the number now.

No one else seems to have searched for it (the other search with no review was still me). I'm not completely sure. But this number doesn't appear anywhere on Google (while other legit places' number appear with the source). It feels very untrustworthy. The call on itself was strange. A machine voice said that a letter was returned, and that legal actions will be implemented. It didn't explain why would the return of said letter would require legal actions nor the content of the letter. Very iffy.
SCAM - I got a "Security Warning" from O2 with a one-time code, followed by a call from this number that is clearly a scam.
Nothing on line when I answered this call, then line went dead.
