Received a call from a lady claiming to represent something called the Industrial Workers Office. She couldn't tell me a bona-fide company name or how she had got hold of my number. I asked to speak to her manager. A guy calling himself Omar came to the phone, sounded very unprofessional. I requested that they remove me from their list.

Called me 9.32am today, Sun. Rang off as I answered so thinking it was a mobile I also went to ring it back and Talktalk advised me it was premium number, up to £3/min! How much money are they raking in in this way???

Called me claiming they were from BT advising that I had errors on my computer. Foreign accent with call centre noises in background. Put the phone down on them and reported call to BT. Searched number and found it was based in Crediton, Devon.
