This telephone number was within a (presumably) scam email about a (non existant) bit coin purchase
It’s a fake Mobile number. I spoke to a foreign lady and was met by 4/5 seconds of stone silence after each time I spoke. They asked me about my loan, I said “what loan?”, this went on for 15-20 seconds and she hung up.
