Claims to be from Thames Water, but I haven’t had a conversation over the phone with them recently. “Hello, Thames Water here. Thanks for your recent call. How satisfied were you with the service our advisor provided, on a scale of 5 (very satisfied) to 1 (very unsatisfied)?”
Just received a call from this number trying to collect another ?124 after I paid last year and was told there would be no further payments. They are trying to get payment from bank but have wrong card number. Now I ve seen this site I will not be giving it to them.
Call at 7pm Sunday morning, very worried until I checked on here, like another comment also awaiting a delivery from AO.com today? Bit strange?
