Seems to be a legal claims helpline that tries to optimise their call statistics bacause they don t bother talking to you. Even if you call them back, they will hang up on you.
Recorded message said they were the national crime agency and my internet connection would be cut in 20 minutes. To speak to someone they asked me to press 1. I put the phone down.

SCAM Summary of what left on voicemail: Threatens your NI number has suspicious activity, will be suspend, police will be involve, press 1 to talk to us. So obviously a scam.

Spam call pretending to be from Amazon.com (who don't have my phone number anyway) with an automated voice saying "Thank you for your purchase" and implying that I should "Press 1" to be connected. Hang up and block.
