This range is 016146469xx, probably 01614646xxx, so be aware if such numbers call. Block this range and do not amswer these calls...

This number called a new mobile phone I have. I didn t pick up (I didn t have the phone with me at the time) but the call went through to voicemail, although no message was left. This phone is a back-up which has never either made or received any calls other than introductory calls from O2, the network provider. Also had another call from an unknown number. Has O2 also been hacked, or is someone there passing on numbers?

Recruitment Company called Skills Recruit - lady at the other end was practically whispering and in the end I hung up because I couldn't understand a word.
Even though I have blocked and sent “stop” this number continues to send... the number 60441 doesn’t even show up on my phone and I still get charged £2 a time. ! This has cost me £10 this month. I have true caller on my IPhone and I have recently added a message filter so that I don’t receive anymore but I doubt if this will stop them getting through. If they still continue to get through I will be very cross.

Very similar to a call received in December 2012; on that occasion, asked me to press various buttons depending on the nature of my alleged problem. This time I hung up to dial 1471 but the call was still running. Eventually able to get their number.

When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.
